Your efforts and hard work are never respected. The team is managed with constant pressure to work more and do extra hours, even Sundays. Moreover, Unfortunately, these managers are extremely lacking in technical knowledge. Their idea of management and leadership is all about applying pressure, and engaging in *mobbing*. Sadly, they have no real leadership skills. There is an environment where private&personal relationships affect professional decisions, leading to unfair treatment and favoritism in the workplace.
