The role felt very isolating, as most of the team is based in the U.S., which made collaboration challenging. Unfortunately, my experience with manager significantly impacted my enjoyment of the job. Expectations that were discussed during the interview process were not upheld, and the lack of support or clear guidance made it difficult to succeed. Work-life balance was also poor — I frequently worked late and often felt stressed and overwhelmed. Although the work itself was interesting, the negative environment overshadowed the positives.
