The company culture has changed noticeably over time, particularly following shifts in global senior leadership and operating style. Communication and transparency could be improved, and at times the environment can feel more pressure-driven and blaming rather than collaborative. There is also a perception that alignment is sometimes valued more than constructive feedback, even though healthy debate can ultimately benefit customers and the company. There have been multiple rounds of layoffs, and a number of experienced colleagues have left the organisation. In some cases, employees felt there was limited visibility into how decisions were made, which has affected morale. Some teams feel less confident about the long-term direction of the organization.

Frequent changed and pivoting but senior leadership listens to employees which is good.

- It is very hard to list any pro for this organization in the current state - When I joined the company the culture was very good, the financials were very stable.

Svantaggi

- The competition is eating Mimecast. They just cannot stay steady with AI taking a lead in protecting the emails - They acquired few companies to add the AI skill set to their product profile but it didn't pan out as per the expectation - The customers down sells is so much that it might lead to a major instability in a very short future - For the past 3 years, the company must have laid off around 400 employees. - If you are a high earner in the company then you are high on the list of being laid off
