An Incredible office and people

Forced return to office, inflexible and outdated approach. Feels like being back at school with badge checks. Management shy away from communicating tough decisions or changes in the business. HR are not there to serve employees, they are there for the CEO no doubt. Culture has completely eroded since co-founder left. Used to be an authentic place, now it’s very false unfortunately. No career progression and shockingly low pay rise percentages and bonus results.
