Best place i have ever worked for

Used to be some great people here before they laid them off Central location with easy access to Boston and Cambridge

Inexperienced, immature and unprofessional company management driven by fear, ignorance and ego Little chance for internal promotion based on skills or experience leaving some inadequately skilled people in important roles Management isolates themselves from the rest of staff and makes decisions with little or no teamwork and input Mediocrity is encouraged - low standards of performance have become the status quo and the business struggles to make their budgets continuously Management liberally demonstrates favoritism repeatedly rewarding staff if they are liked rather than for the work that they do Virtually no opportunities to develop yourself professionally within the context of the business
