Pennakem is a great place to work. It has a family atmosphere and there is lots of freedom for someone with initiative to make a difference. If you like a challenge and working in a highly technical environment you will like Pennakem. The President has made positive changes in the past 3 years.

It is an older plant so just like an older house there are plenty of repair projects. And there is a lot of new...new people, new growth, new products which comes with its own set of challenges.

It's a JOB that's it.. I think this use to be a place you could make a career at but those days changed a couple years ago.

Horrible management, horrible work life balance, management and upper management lack of knowledge.
