Interesting work with a great potential for growth of the company. Ideal for those with a psychology and management background.

Inexperienced management. No match between job description and actual work. Money pinching management. Never received my pay slips. Not even sure if I received my rightful pay.

During my 2 years of association at THOTS (Mind Edutainment) I grew both professionally & personally. THOTS not only helped students to be a better thoughtful beings but also helped me (and I assume for most of my colleagues) to learn many new things every-day. Let me be honest, it is a start-up, and like every other start-up it has its limitations (I wouldn’t call them challenges) but that is what makes working here fun, exciting & most valuable experience in life. For me, every day was a new day, flat hierarchy, walk to CEO and have a chat with him and share your ideas, know his views, act as a decision maker in a given situation just like a CEO or may be even work like an office boy to make sure work doesn't stop. It is all about making oneself useful, productive and efficient than previous day. My role as National Head (VP - Sales & Operation) required me to work closely with Ashutosh and the team Pan India and I did have bad days like at any other organisation or role I had worked for but I chose to take with me some of the more wonderful experience and memorable moments to cherish life- long. So if you are reading this review to consider joining THOTS, I would strongly recommend you to take the plunge, provided you are ready to let go your ego, ready to learn and work hard, provided you are game for it.
