->initial behavior after joining is very cordial. ->salary offered at the beginning is good. ->work exposure is good. ->Good to grow technical knowledge as Director himself is very technically knowledgeable.

->mobiles are to be submitted in locker i.e. you cannot use them or even cannot keep them with you in office ->very frequent long hours stretch is expected from you ->Definitely not a company for long-term stay. Must switch after 2 years.

Very cordial and friendly work atmosphere. One does not have to wear formal clothes to work. T-shirt and jeans can be worn to office every day. Excellent on the job training and guidance give by the Director himself and other senior technical members. No restrictions on personal cell phone usage in office, though admin and HR person tells you to keep usage to as less as possible.

Morning office timings are to be followed strictly.
