You have to be flexible/versatile as per the project/client and i think this is something which is required everywhere. :)

->initial behavior after joining is very cordial. ->salary offered at the beginning is good. ->work exposure is good. ->Good to grow technical knowledge as Director himself is very technically knowledgeable.

->mobiles are to be submitted in locker i.e. you cannot use them or even cannot keep them with you in office ->very frequent long hours stretch is expected from you ->Definitely not a company for long-term stay. Must switch after 2 years.
