There is a good amount of autonomy, and employees are trusted to manage their work. I've had the opportunity to learn new technologies and work directly with clients on meaningful projects.

No major concerns. Like any growing company, there are always opportunities to further refine processes and documentation.

I really like the opportunity you have as an employee to really take ownership of your assigned role. Rather than just staying squarely within "duties", you can really make your role your own! Feedback and new ideas for business processes are taken into consideration and I feel heard in my opinions as an employee. I feel like my assigned role is one of the favorite roles I've had throughout my working life, I feel my abilities as professional have been polished by being here.
