Everything about MPG was great. Great managers who cared. Great benefits. Great opportunities to grow and learn.

The sale to Tyto, everything has gone down hill since then.

I loved working for MPG. They had great priorities and it was all about the employees and work/life balance. We gave away 100K each year in charitable contributions. Employees seemed to always come first. It was a great work environment.

Since Tyto has purchased them, it is all about profitability and the values that they held before the purchase have all but gone out the window. Before the Tyto purchase I would have given them 5 stars across the board. Since the purchase, it's just another company that is mostly concerned about profitability.
