Everything about MPG was great. Great managers who cared. Great benefits. Great opportunities to grow and learn.

The sale to Tyto, everything has gone down hill since then.

- The benefits package is ok. - Hybrid work schedule for many positions.

- Salary quickly falls out of step with market rates for position and seniority due to below average bonuses and annual compensation increases. - Managers fail to provide meaningful feedback and support, and technical professional development is nonexistent. - Performance improvement and annual evaluation processes are weaponized against unpopular employees. - Career development and promotion opportunities are absent - Managers bad mouth customers behind their backs creating poor working relationships - The company and managers demonstrate you’re no longer valued by removing responsibilities, excluding personnel from essential meetings and projects, and assigning tasks outside of position scope and seniority.
