Truly great place to work - Recensione dipendente - VP presso MindWire

MindWire is great at providing flexible and hybrid work options. Although the company operates on standard business hours, once you get through onboarding management is very accommodating and flexible to hybrid work needs including taking time off to care for family. In addition, the company maintains an amazing and supportive culture.

Still in somewhat of a startup age, there remains a need to systematize processes for consistency and efficiency, but this remains a strategic initiative to improve.

I have had the opportunity to be a summer intern for MindWire Group in 2018. I have learned an incredible amount about what it takes to build a business from the ground up, lead clients effectively and creatively, and create a united, collaborative team. To begin, I was able to shadow and watch multiple of the VP's/Partners in their everyday business, was assigned my own summer project, was given a voice and asked my opinion on certain business matters and was eventually certified in the Predictive Index assessment. All the partners were completley willing to help me learn and took the time to make sure I was excited about the work I was doing. Watching them teach & coach clients through Predictive Index was an incredible experience that I could not have gotten elsewhere. These humans know what they are talking about! Overall, an incredible company, with a lively, ambitious, "lets take the world by storm" culture, and intelligent, diverse, performance driven leaders!
