Working with clients 1:1, group therapy settings, building my skills as a health coach, everyone who works there (as a guide) is sweet and compassionate and share a vision. Super flexible schedule and hours, allows for work/life balance. You learn A LOT by working with an extensive client load.

The pay is not great, especially because there are no benefits. Hours are not guaranteed or consistent. No PTO, no health bennies, not even discounts for psychedelic conventions. They also don't really offer proper "training", which could be so helpful. And recently they've moved into this era of cutting out a lot of guide/client texting time which has not been well-received by both clients and guides alike.
