Do not waste your time. Though there are many good employees there is no actual company culture. This since there is absolutely no respect towards the workers and no value towards what they do. Everything is done behind their backs and before they know it things have changed again and again. There is absolutely no consistency. In my time there there were 4 different restructuring transformations, none of which stuck and in the end the employees for the bad deal anyways. The executive team basically just lies and lies. There are absolutely no growth opportunities and despite the constant announcements of change or improvement things have only gotten worse over the years (don't trust me? look at all the other reviews here). The management is awful, they have no idea what is being done and it's the main reason why the company is being run to the ground with people coming in and out faster than a drive-thru restaurant. The salary is minimal and the benefits non-existent. There continues to be an expectation of loyalty and engagement but if they don't listen to the suggestions of their own employees it's never going to get better. The issues are all on the board and yet they keep pretending it's a big mystery why they can't retain people for more than 6 months. Basically, step away and do not waste your time or energy.

We make every effort to provide ongoing communication to our employees around upcoming changes through weekly and quarterly meetings and we offer our employees the opportunity to ask questions anonymously, so they may be addressed at our weekly company huddle. We appreciate the honest feedback, both positive and negative, that we receive from our employees via ongoing employee engagement surveys and in exit interviews. We accept that some decisions we make will negatively impact some employees but our Executive team works hard to ensure the right decisions are made to support the long-term success of our organization, our customers, and our employees.

- Bad leadership like really really bad leadership at the top - Good leaders either quit or get let go like recently - no regard for seniority - Constant changes with no meaning or basis in reality - never holding the right people accountable - leaders never taking accountability themselves - blaming recruiters for bad job deals when recruiters do all the hard work
