The Executive team is transparent with where they want to take the company and my Manager is super supportive with all of my questions. * My team is amazing * We are all focused on a common goal * We make a difference * I also love the customers I work with

- Bad leadership like really really bad leadership at the top - Good leaders either quit or get let go like recently - no regard for seniority - Constant changes with no meaning or basis in reality - never holding the right people accountable - leaders never taking accountability themselves - blaming recruiters for bad job deals when recruiters do all the hard work
