Unlike some reviews on here, I never experienced customers being lied to or treated poorly. In fact quite the opposite to where the CEO wants to make sure all customers are happy. The product does change often (but certainly not everyday) which is expected with SaaS and a company that is growing quickly and competitively. With that, more career opportunities should open up across different areas of the company.
I have to say that although my time here was just about a year, the CEO treated me very well. He went above and beyond anything I have experienced when leaving a company. That is truly appreciated.

The only things I would say are a 401K, better internal communication (a collaboration tool) and more formal training as sales people onboard. However, my understanding from friends who are still there is that all 3 of these have been heard by leadership and in process to be vastly improved (including a 401K program).
