The manager is toxic, but not just manager the CEO is toxic too. They make you work even on the Saturday and Sunday and not just that, they make stay in the office. The working time is usually 10-7 but you still have to stay in office after 7. Even if you work all the time and destroy you work life balance totally they will still humiliate you i front of the whole office. If that is not enough, you live like being in jail, or a library, you move the ceo get pissed you ask and he see you talking. He get pissed. He just keeps on pressuring you. At the end the compensation is not even good or average after this much mental harassment. You can't just easily quit the job because they make you sign a bond of 1.5 years minimum.

A great start to my career — learning a lot in a short time I joined Mindrops in December 2025 and it has only been about five months but honestly it has been a really positive experience so far. As a junior developer, I was a little nervous about jumping into real projects so quickly, but the team made the transition very smooth and comfortable. Senior developers are genuinely approachable and always willing to guide you without making you feel like a burden, which has helped me pick up practical mobile app development skills much faster than I expected. The work environment is relaxed yet productive, and I feel like my contributions are noticed and appreciated even at this early stage. Getting hands-on exposure to actual client projects from day one has been invaluable and has taught me more in five months than I imagined possible.

Since I am fairly new, there were moments in the initial weeks where I felt a little lost due to the lack of a formal onboarding structure. The learning curve can be steep if you are just starting out, and having a dedicated mentor assigned from the beginning would make the early days much easier. Sometimes the pace of work picks up quickly and it can be a bit overwhelming as a fresher trying to keep up.
