Low pay in Mindshare, compapred to other competitive agencies. Besides, payment is not transparent, unfair in the same employment position. When getting promoted, you are paid less than someone who is recruited for the same level, given the similar experiences of less. So, in this trapped situation, it's hard to ask for fair adjustment, due to limit in your annual salary growth rate.
