Mindstream has been home for many years and has transformed itself into a progressive and very successful digital agency. Culture is created by management and the people not fabricated and granted. If takes hard work and dedication of both management and employees to create culture and success. There are staff here that have been dedicated and loyal for many years who enjoy the company culture and people, and there are those that just collect a pay check and look for the next title advancement at other agencies as soon as they can get it. Those kinds of people will never add value to the brand and future of a company. It's easy to point the finger elsewhere, but perhaps some of these people who write bad complaints should reflect inward first and ask if they were a leader or a follower. Digital agencies are fast paced and have high demand for success by their clients, if you don't fit that mold, you probably shouldn't work for a progressive digital agency… just saying.
