Needless to say, it is disappointing to read that your Mindteck experience did not meet the level of your satisfaction. I wonder if at any time during your tenure you happened to voice your concerns with your Manager/HR Partner, or even escalate it further. It is difficult to address your first three concerns due to lack of details, but as far as the fourth concern goes, please know that salaries are dependent upon multiple factors, including role, performance and market competitiveness. Furthermore, our benefits package is designed to be in line with industry standards. Your point about employee evaluations is appreciated. Though my understanding is that such reviews are conducted when considering advancing employees’ grades and levels, I will forward your suggestion to the appropriate team members.
