Full timepass and flexible work mode because of less projects No specific pros for this company

No projects in EDS team and no proper work culture. Managers don't have ethics in work Majority of the projects will not finish smoothly...always management used to bluff the customer finally if they are not able to finish the project in time No proper job security they will put to testing whenever they want and vice versa for development also which destroys the employee carrier Managers don't have skills at all if any problems arises they don't have capacity to handle and finally puts on employee only No reviews meetings concept before the release to client whatever they do that is final and sent to customer Increment is just 2 or 3 percent for EDS members and they will tell no budget.without completing project in smooth manner how will they get good clients and revenue Almost for every client EDS don't have good rapo and project margin is very less in all projects. They will showcase the project revenue by adjusting from the other project revenue.( managers in EDS are good in this work) No job security if they want to cut down resource they will tel immediately to leave job on spot Waste Managers are there in EDS department they don't even know basic technical concepts also.Head of the EDS team needs only bucket Managers hence it is framed like that only
