My experience with MindySupport has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. They require you to work a minimum of 5 to 7 hours per day, and if you don’t meet this requirement, they will fire you without notice. It feels like you're constantly under pressure to work, even if it doesn’t suit your schedule or personal needs. Additionally, if you need a day off, you must request it 14 days in advance, which is very inconvenient. Despite these strict rules, they have the power to decide when you have work or not, and they don't inform you in advance about it. This led to a situation where, after spending weeks completing free training and certifications, I was left with no tasks. They kept promising that work would be available the next day, but it never materialized. Once I completed all the required certifications, they came up with even more certifications, claiming they would lead to a steady flow of tasks. Yet, after completing everything, I was still left with no work. There was no communication, and it felt like my time and efforts were wasted. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and the constant uncertainty made this a horrible experience. I would not recommend working with MindySupport to anyone looking for a reliable and fair work environment.
