Favouritism - undeserving people get hired by Managers. Only based on certain ethnicity and their personal connections. Managers are biased towards them. No career growth as Managers are obstinate and lack experience in managing their team and fail to recognize the contribution. It’s their way or the highway!!! The upper management has no idea what’s going on in each department and there is disconnect. The team works very hard to produce good results but their achievements and success are never highlighted to the management and so they are never credited for their work. Managers only looks after themselves and their career. They get well paid. But the manager will not let you grow. Also, there is disparity in pay and that's mainly due to manager's biasness. It’s sad that the Management are not able to see this whole reality.
