MIG is a great company, the team are lovely. The company prioritises work/life balance by offering fully remote working for all staff, flexibility to attend appointments and the managing director is a parent so is understanding of family matters. It’s a really warm and welcoming team. Professional development is encouraged by senior leadership and they have funded courses to team members to further their education. Company rewards staff regularly with bonuses, gift vouchers and company nights out. This is a stable company that invests heavily in employees and recognises hard work.

No cons here. Great company.

Minerva Innovation Group is by far the most compassionate company I have been a part of. Having worked in finance for most my life, it's a breath of fresh air to be part of such a balanced team that is hungry to push for success but also composed enough to maintain a good work/life balance.
