Finance controls the company. No recognition given to the people who actually put in work. Promotion is based on who you know. Poor company culture especially from the oldies in the company. Poor salary increment and bonus payout is already rigged. Top management is also corrupt. Poor office structures especially the washrooms and overall office...they are squeezed and people have no space for sitting. For a Tier 1 company, we can do better honestly
