Perfect place to learn... how to burn out in short time.

So far it's been a huge disappointment. -Nepotism all around, clients are old friends of C-level -Market is small to be able to reach meaningful results -Tool is absolutely behind the big players (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and cannot compete with them only the cheap pricing: this however doesn't work out on the long-term as customers churn because of the quality of the platform -Leadership constant micromanages the team and as if this wasn't enough, MiniCRM as well is an actual tool of internal micromanagement primarily and not client relations or revenue monitoring so we spread this dreadful mentality around.
