Horrible, working like labour everyday - Recensione dipendente - Sales Assistant presso Miniso

- Depends on the store, but some shop leaders like to put the blame on all staff if store is not organised or sales is bad. Some “leaders” are not even qualified, not organised, don’t know how to manage the team and the store - Company managed by Chinese people and they make their staff work like factory workers, staff working more then “sales assistant”, too much labour work and heavy lifting - Company style not very relax, managers has high demand and strict rules need to follow compare most of the retails in Australia this is ridiculous. Hair need to tie up, need to wear their t-shirt and apron, blue jeans and white shoes etc. - Make you pay shortage of money from cashier which is I believe illegal here
