Where to start. Over worked and underpaid, force you to do every other departments work WHILE taking so many calls from pissed off customers who bought a junk product this company sells, vindictive supervisors and management, soooo much drama, and when you go to HR or the operations manager with a complaint, you may be cursed at, definitely looked at like you’re crazy for “ thinking” such a thing about the person you reported, treated poorly when you’re unable to stay overtime, NEVER a bonus, tons of hazing, and definitely a male dominated company. Oh and being as short staffed as they are, having everyone who takes calls, ALSO, enter orders, while assisting the return goods authorization departments, working them to the ground, only to turn and write up 95% of those who stay late, for being literally less than 5 minutes late. How they’re still in business, and how they’ve NOT been sued yet, is beyond me.

They underpay, by A LOT. At the time, the exec team was power drunk. Did not take good advice when given by subordinates.
