The Ticket Services Department (TSD) sells tickets and answers questions by phone and in the box office. The best part about this job is that if you start seeking different projects, they will find something for you to do. They don't want you to get bored or to feel like you're not being utilized as an employee. This is within reason of course, but everyone working in the office setting- from the CEO to fellow employees- is very nice and the customers are often very easy to work with.

It can be frustrating fielding questions from customers simply because of the sheer amount of information you need to know in order to help them. That makes it a pretty big commitment for a part-time job, but it at least keeps you engaged rather than bored.
