For the most part, employees are given a fair amount of leeway to complete tasks at their own pace. So long as the work gets done, there's not much micromanagement of one's minute-to-minute job functions. You really do get the feeling of a small company and a sense of closeness within your department and within the business as a whole that can be missing from other workplaces.

Svantaggi

There is a reluctance to hire additional staff to relieve pressure on overtaxed teams, which can lead to trouble when employees leave in rapid succession and leave a small team understaffed. I also didn't care for the handling of the mandatory "back to the office" plan after it was proven for over a year that most teams could function just fine by remote. A lot of people found that the added flexibility of remote and hybrid work helped ease the burdens of things like childcare and pet care, as well as improving morale and cutting down on transportation costs.

Most of the employees that still work there are nice and are a close knit group. In certain departments, they were flexible and had a good work/life balance. I heard that has changed, but can't speak from experience.

Advancement opportunities are low. Don't expect to get promoted above manager if you are a women. Its a boy's club. They boast about being debt free, but are seriously lacking in technology compared to their competitors. Pay and benefits are average or below average. Morale tends to be low in many departments.
