      Pay and benefits are okay

      Bad communication, bad talent management, no access to training without the approval of a manager, bad work life balance. The fact that they are not a top consulting firm leads to them not having good projects and trying to sell projects that add no value to customers.

      The few who remain at ACS are good people, dedicated and capable. Acknowledgement of work-life balance is appreciated allowing for non-production roles with remote work options up to 3 days a week.

      This stateside affiliate is largely a shell of its past. Having been through several ownership turnovers the last 8+ years, divestiture with little future investments have not enabled growth or even stability in product-service offerings.
