Fully remote available, with a lot of offices country-wide you can go at will, nice environment, nice management. Big company with huge clients pool, probably one of the most stable places to work. Managers usually focused on job delibery, not in schedules, with reasonable load. Once I had to do serious overtime for a month and they grant me about a half month wage as compensation.

High management is just focused in profit, they deny wage raises for almost everyone. There is a yearly review to get a raise on both salary and position. Middle management proposes people with best performance for a raise, then high management low the scores so they don't have to pay them more. We are the most profitable business of Indra group, yet company treat us just as a milking cow to feed their other "strategic" branches (i.e. weapons). Schedule is flexible, but it's based on a 9h/4days and 7h/friday, so "basic" schedule is 9 to 7, so you get basically no life from Monday to Thursday
