      Fran Killoway is a delusional megalomaniac. The strangest experience of my working life. Was offered a role then after 1 week told the whole team including my manager would no longer be required. Had to chace them for over a month to get paid for that one weeks work. You were prohibited from leaving the building during the day and were also banned from speaking to people from other teams. The whole atmosphere was one of delusion and paranoia.

      So first they offered 2 weeks contract to everyone who they decide to join. After lots of hardwork they release you by saying your place doesn't exist. Also they asked everyone to stay in the building from morning to evening even in lunch hours as lunch is served in kitchen. Can't even go out for a walk. Also many of my colleagues didn't receive their salary for couple of months. Simply it's a fraud company.

      While the idea was great and many people joined the company wanting to be part of this, the workplace culture the management wanted was the reason most people quit
