Even they have a long list of redflags, but still have a little number of nice people there. Would recommend for fresh grad but not to stay long here

-Lack of guidance, for the fresh grad you need to do everything on your own. -The so-called “Senior Qs” always played with blaming others. Sometimes they also didn’t know the basic knowledge about contract and the workflow of the projects.

Salary is ok. The things I learned are useful. They are trying to impose a new culture since a lot of people are resigning due to overwork. Maybe worth to give a chance in this new culture?

Benefits not so much. They tryna cut cost and make it harder to claim. Expect to ot without payment. Expect to be frowned on if you say you cant join ot for whatever reasons. Managers are also weird. Instruct to do this, but when i did they still scold me. Unsure of what they want and when asked, got stared like it's such a stupid thing to ask. Some colleagues are just lazy and i wonder why they didnt get any scolding. It is as if the harder u work, the lesser u will be appreciated, unless youre chinese i guess
