Everyone really uses it internally, and the product, design and engineering teams are grounded in deep knowledge of the product. - Can be intense sometimes, but work-life balance is generally respected + the workload is manageable. - Good office culture in Berlin. - Andrey is a leader who knows his product deeply and has good instincts. Though his feedback is sometimes a bit too low level, it's always on point + valuable.

- High pressure on rapid delivery is increasing an already considerable pile of tech debt. Progress on this is being made in some key areas, but the problem is getting bigger even as we make improvements. - After years of ad hoc feature requests from large customers, the system is quite complex. Changes can impact obscure and surprising systems, making it tricky to move quickly + decisively. - Rapid scale means lines of communication and decision making aren't always clear, and different teams can have inconsistent experiences. - Miro isn't a great tool for long term documentation yet. A lot of company info is residing somewhere in a huge Miro board from 2 years ago, and can consequently be hard to find.
