While the experience has been overwhelmingly positive, the fast-paced nature of the work sometimes leads to a high-stress environment.

- Some nice people - Diverse team - Small company, less process, easy to make things happen and have your voice heard

- Some managers can be passive aggressive and unprofessional - “Family-like” culture that expects you to work long hours, break your back and go above and beyond without fair compensation. Management expects you to do the most while they pay you the least and just give you “kudos” or “high-fives” as a reward - Constant pressure that if you’re not doing the most for this company, you’re not living by their values - Not remote friendly, they look down on you for wanting to work from home due to safety concerns/covid and management even fired someone for it - Poor work/life balance
