Management at Miromar definitely helps you out and supports you. My manager was always extremely helpful and I never felt stranded or lost under their leadership.

Poor leadership culture, lack of transparency, and inconsistent treatment of employees. Expectations frequently change without clear communication or support. High pressure environment with limited work-life balance and little regard for personal circumstances. Management does not take accountability, and employee concerns are often dismissed rather than addressed. Very poor treatment of employees. They couldn’t care less about employee retention.
