Working at Mirrorball during the pandemic has been the ultimate crash course in crisis marketing, and an experience more valuable for my career than any advertising school or any of my previous jobs combined. In less than a year, I’ve accelerated from a novice to a specialist because the leadership supports me, encourages me to pursue my passions and stay curious, allows me the freedom to explore new tools and strategies, and pushes me hard to keep thinking creatively under pressure.
