Management are an absolute nightmare and this is across different teams that I worked in. Feedback can often be nasty and the atmosphere is like walking on egg shells. Shouty emails are often sent. Days off are not respected, for example, meetings being scheduled on your day off that you are expected to attend, work being given when you are off then shouty emails asking why it’s not completed. People stay because the work is good, the firm has a good reputation, and the money is good.
