      Great Place to Work award. Very innovative. Good benefits. Sophisticated leadership. Well into becoming a health system structure over the 18 counties it serves. Good people in the facility management area. Very dedicated, personable and easy to get along with.

      In facility area there is an evolving direction and restructuring going on. They recently lost some of the facility development structure, processes and tools due to a restructuring in 2014.

Can you tell me more about the facility development structure noted as a Con? I understand that Facilities was redesigned in 2014 to better meet the needs of the health system, and we continue to evolve the organizational structure to best serve the patients, community and operations.       Full time hours, possible Overtime, I am on a great team, and the people there are really supportive and friendly . They welcomed the new comer with open arms and never once felt like a burden. I

      Great nurses, resilient community, many leadership growth opportunities, large hospital with many specialties, the only level 1 trauma center in WNC.

      The hours are very challenging. often 5am to 6pm M-F. No additional compensation for extra hours, nights, or on-call weekends. You must love the work, and have minimal need for work-life balance to enjoy working here.
