      Could be a good place to work if everyone worked together

      Been employed at Mission for over a year, no 90 day eval or increase (which was promised), was not properly trained to do my job at the beginning of hire, doctors have so many patients that you can't take a lunch most of the time. No team work, management does not have your back so the employees adopt the same attitude. They want you to attend mandatory meetings not during work hours with no pay.

We certainly would love to hear more about a raise that was promised but not given, and if we can provide education to your leader to support onboarding and proper job training.       Full time hours, possible Overtime, I am on a great team, and the people there are really supportive and friendly . They welcomed the new comer with open arms and never once felt like a burden. I

      Great nurses, resilient community, many leadership growth opportunities, large hospital with many specialties, the only level 1 trauma center in WNC.

      The hours are very challenging. often 5am to 6pm M-F. No additional compensation for extra hours, nights, or on-call weekends. You must love the work, and have minimal need for work-life balance to enjoy working here.
