Just today we confirmed our journey towards Magnet status: where nursing delivers excellent patient outcomes, where nurses have a high level of job satisfaction, and where there is a low staff nurse turnover rate. We have been at Top 15 Healthcare System for and unprecedented 5 of the last 6 years, a national honor that recognized us for fewer complications and deaths, fewer readmissions, shorter wait times, and shorter lenngths of stay in the hopital (among other criteria.) We are excited about our new 12 story Center for Advanced Medicine, under construction and slated to open in early 2019 to better serve our community.
