Worst job I've ever had - Recensione dipendente - Environmental Technician presso Mission Health

Mission is taking over all of WNC, yet they are telling its employees that we need to cut back. They will not hire any new Environmental Services staff to replace the ones who have quit or transferred into another department. The job gets worse with each day. Our management is clueless and incompetent. Several EVS directors and managers had to leave over their poor performance (this is the assumption as nobody has bothered to explain why they had to leave). The whole place is one big joke. The new parking system for employees is terrible. We have to park over a mile away from campus and be shuttled to work. This adds at least an extra hour to my work day, and I'm not even getting paid for it.
