Operations doesn't work well with corporate.

The pay is good, but not great. You'll leave early on two Fridays, and if you are lucky, you'll get to work with a few good people (in a team of 25+), good HR onboarding,

You barely get onboarding for the department you work in; you have to teach yourself how and what to do. The job description is very different from what you would do. They expect you to work hard and not work smart. Nepotism screams there. You will be blamed for other's mistakes. The work-life balance does not exist.
