- very low salaries - no flexibility in working hours (you can stay to late times after working hours but you will have salary deductions if you are late 1 min) - you have to be available 24/7 even in vacations and holidays and it's all unpaid. - if any drop happened in vacations or holidays you will work on it without compensations. - on the experience level you won't work on large scale frameworks or systems it's not that experience you are looking for as a software engineer
