I have been working at Mitec for over 15 years and from day one I knew I was going to make a career of it. Mitec continues to grow because the senior leaders of the company and their vision. Mitec has always made me feel appreciated and they continually recognize their employees for their dedication, hard work and accomplishments. Mitec puts a lot of their profits back into the company to make sure employees are cared for and have all the tools necessary to perform their tasks.
