Svantaggi
First red flag was the massive lay off that happened right off the bat, alot of India and mexico gone. Highly disappointing experience here at the company. Disorganized place with too much acquisitions where things are in tangled mess. Their email systems are not synced correctly with the calendar. Something so simply cannot be flushed out. Their onboarding program is long and dry. Completely waste of time, 3 days of gibberish. A colleague of mine has mentioned how low the pay at this company is (it really is). My team (mainly manager) has got to be the worst one I've been apart of. Manager seems frazzled on our calls. Lacks direction and isn't managing at all. I mentioned I want transparency in my manager in my interview but got zero useful feedback. As a new hire you have to set someone up directionally. All the one on ones are completely off topic with discussions of this persons personal life. Id appreciate a manager that can be transparent and give a new hire clearer instructions. I said many times I'm ready and eager to start the project but is always left with we have no content yet. What am I supposed to do? Half of the time the work given to be is like random stuff with no rhyme or reason. Where's the intake/subject experts who has the content for me to work with?? Made no sense and has no alignment with the companys goals. If you get a headcount and you know someone is starting shouldn't there be content ready for me to work with? All my employment in the past hired me and has work ready to go. I am a self starter if the manager manages right.
