Doing business without proper knowledge and without proper finance, not ready to take risk of a single penny. Salary ??? Forget about it never expect it before 15th of the next month. No matter at what position you are going to join, always ready to work as office boy, P.A. and travel agent for the company. I wanted to give zero or negative star but option was not available. Very strict employee policies, even after that employee turnover is more than call centers.

Associating with MPPL was a smart decision that I made for my career. With endless opportunities, light and easy work environment, they make you feel at home. The amenities are also great. For example, clean pantry, complimentary transportation services for late hours, etc. Overall, nice place to work!

Bit of a space crunch, but I believe they are expanding their office space.
