- Lack of seriousness in some aspects (particularly relating to non-technical issues) E.g- Founder failed to provide a one page reference that was essential for masters application even though I requested this months in advance and sent several emails reminding. - No company culture.

A highlight. Talented, interesting and interested people focussed on creating a great product. Humble and genuinely thinking of the user. Rare in the startup world.

Quite engineering-centred, so having some dev knowledge will be a plus for future candidates.
